We are hiring! Join us for a Walk-in Interview for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ras Al Khaimah.

Interview Details:

• Date: Friday
• Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Location: 1st Floor, Room No F09A, Business Center 02, RAKEZ Business Zone - FZ, Al Mamourah Street - Al Nakeel - Ras Al Khaimah

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Candidates with dependent visa status are considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide candidate feedback.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking candidate progress and ensuring all records are current.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
