Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of recruiting top-tier technical and engineering talent. This role will be pivotal in fulfilling client requirements with precision and timeliness, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to source, screen, and onboard the best-fit candidates for various positions, playing a crucial role in driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
    • Post job opportunities on SmartRecruiters and other relevant social media platforms, job boards, and niche networks to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and social media, to proactively find qualified candidates for a variety of technical and engineering roles.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  2. Screening & Candidate Evaluation:
    • Conduct thorough screening of CVs, ensuring alignment with job descriptions, client requirements, and technical parameters.
    • Shortlist top-tier candidates, ensuring they meet all the necessary qualifications and experience.
    • Share candidate profiles with the Team Lead for review and onward submission to clients.
  3. Interview & Selection Process:
    • Conduct preliminary telephonic, online, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with candidates to schedule technical assessments, client interviews, and follow-up discussions.
    • Collaborate with Lead TA and Business Partner to secure salary and benefits approval for selected candidates.
  4. Offer Management & Onboarding:
    • Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring timely acceptance and clear communication of terms.
    • Oversee the seamless onboarding process, including:
      • Issuing consultancy agreements and obtaining signed acceptance.
      • Collecting necessary documents for work permit/visa processing.
      • Conducting pre-deployment induction sessions on company values, dress code, and expectations.
      • Initiating work permit processing to ensure smooth deployment to the client site.
      • Coordinating with IT to set up email accounts and system access.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical and engineering recruitment.
  • In-depth experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
