Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. They develop and implement recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. Additionally, they build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
