Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates (e.g. social media, job boards, networking).

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Process Improvement: Continually develop and improve recruiting processes to enhance the candidate experience.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system.

  • Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws and regulations.

  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver recruitment metrics and reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
