Looking for someone who can support Senior to midlevel hiring.
Knowledge in oversees hiring etc.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates (e.g. social media, job boards, networking).
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Process Improvement: Continually develop and improve recruiting processes to enhance the candidate experience.
Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver recruitment metrics and reports to management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
