Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in sourcing and placing candidates across industries including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, and Shipping & Logistics. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various industries, including Manufacturing, O&G, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, and Shipping & Logistics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients or hiring managers on market trends, compensation packages, and interview best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years spent in a recruitment, staffing, or placement company.
• In-depth experience in recruiting for industries like Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, and Shipping & Logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles across diverse job functions and levels.
• Must be available to join immediately and be based in the UAE.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
