URBAN is a fast-growing Management Development Consultancy in Dubai, specializing in full-cycle real estate sales support for private developers.

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive recruitment efforts to support team growth. Responsibilities include candidate engagement, job advertising, social media recruiting, CV screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates daily
• Use social media to attract talent
• Manage job ads and optimize performance
• Write standout job postings
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Maintain talent pipelines
• Represent URBAN professionally
• Attend and organize career events (locally & in Europe)

Qualifications:

• Proven recruitment experience (preferably in Dubai real estate or fast-paced sectors)
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and social media skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
