Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose of the role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring for all company needs. This role encompasses responsibilities across candidate screening, onboarding, pipeline development, interview & selection, and recruitment automation to enhance overall hiring efficiency and quality.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

  1. Support in implementing automation tools within the recruitment process to reduce manual intervention.
  2. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management during the hiring process.
  3. Identify and recommend areas where technology can help streamline the recruitment process.
  4. Utilize recruitment platform Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) to manage applicant tracking and workflows.
  5. Assist in optimizing recruitment budgets by ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing unnecessary costs.

Customer

  1. Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring all candidates feel welcomed and informed throughout the process.
  2. Liaise with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations for each role.
  3. Address candidate queries promptly, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer stage.
  4. Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates, keeping them updated on the recruitment process.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a professional and responsive candidate experience.

Internal Process

  1. Ensure full TA automation by avoiding manual transactions at any phase of hiring.
  2. Proactively build a database of skilled candidates to expedite the hiring process as vacancies arise.
  3. Track probation appraisal processes for UAE staff, sending timely reminders to department heads and issuing probation letters within the stipulated timeframe.
  4. Ensure compliance with audit requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files for all new joiners.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of new joiners as per the DOA requirements.
  6. Ensure audit preparedness at any time in terms of new joiner documentation and compliances.
  7. Work towards the diversity and inclusion agenda of the company and meet relevant targets.

People

  1. Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs.
  2. Support the development of the Talent Acquisition team by sharing best practices and providing mentorship when needed.
  3. Foster collaboration with other HR team members to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational goals.
  4. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  5. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in bulk hiring in F&B.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Experience with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  7. Proficiency in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Proficiency in using HRIS systems, particularly Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
