The office is based in Dubai, and has local factories that build furniture, kitchens, and wardrobes. Planning to expand in 2025, the team is expanding to accommodate our speed to market.

Job Profile - Talent Acquisition Executive

Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role requires someone who can handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously, with the flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for those coming from a background in furniture design, interior design, or related industries. If you're passionate about recruitment, eager to learn, and can manage diverse hiring needs, we'd love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including but not limited to designers, project managers, production staff, and administrative roles.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with business goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially within the interior design and furniture design sectors.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, as well as through industry-specific channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update the talent database, track metrics, and generate reports on recruitment activities.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, hiring best practices, and labor market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in furniture design, interior design, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in sourcing candidates via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

Other Details:

  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Candidate should be currently based in Dubai, UAE. However, if on a visit visa, the application will still be considered.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's evolving recruitment needs is essential.
  • Please note - The location for this profile is Dubai but in between you may have to travel to Kezad in Abu Dhabi. We have shuttle buses at no cost from different places in Dubai and you can access the same if you don't have an automobile of your own.
