Job Description

• Work on financial studies, employment plan, and prepare the annual budget for the department’s operations.
• Implement the recruitment plan and fill the positions for which recruitment is required.
• Develop programs and provide opportunities in cooperation with educational institutions for new graduates.
• Analyze, plan, develop, and implement all talent attraction processes, systems, and programs.
• Support sustainability by implementing projects and initiatives to automate processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with the human resources system of the Government Empowerment Department.
