Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for various levels, including senior or specialized roles.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
