Job Description:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.
4. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
6. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
8. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
9. Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
