Alvarium Talent is supporting our client in hiring a Dubai-based Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and support talent acquisition initiatives across the region, working as part of a high-performing EMEA-wide TA function.

TA Partner:

• This is a 360-degree recruitment role supporting a consultancy with a high bar for talent.
• You will already have management consultancy/professional services recruitment/TA experience in the region, including sourcing talent in Saudi Arabia.
• We are looking for a Talent Partner who has the ability to work semi-autonomously as well as collaborate as part of a wider EMEA-wide TA function to deliver regional and global TA projects and initiatives.
• You will have connections to diverse universities in the region and internationally.
• This role will require you to deliver the TA agenda working with senior stakeholders from across the business and region.
• You will be comfortable using data and reporting as a tool to support, influence and drive decision making.
