Ideal candidate must have:
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience
Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a range of stakeholders
Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
Ability to analyze key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
Business level in English and Mandarin
