Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across the MENA region. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while developing strategies to enhance employer branding and streamline hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional hiring trends, strong stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience.
Implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the MENA region.
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts within recruitment practices.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in MENA.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and career platforms.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring regulations.
Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the MENA region.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in hiring across multiple functions and industries.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws, visa processes, and regional hiring practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR tech tools.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
