Talent Acquisition Manager - 12-Month Contract - Onsite In Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a newly established talent team and spearhead a large-scale recruitment project for one of our key clients in Dubai.

In this role, you will:

1. Drive high-volume recruitment strategies for international and expatriate talent.
2. Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to meet ambitious hiring goals.
3. Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives.
