The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for OMNIYAT open positions, additionally managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and candidates.
The Role:
Use a variety of channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Ensure candidates meet basic job requirements and meet OMNIYAT recruitment standards before advancing to the next stage.
Lead HR interviews to assess candidates' soft skills, cultural alignment, and overall fit for OMNIYAT.
Filter candidates based on qualifications, experience, and role-specific requirements, ensuring the selection of best talents that meet OMNIYAT standards.
Post job ads across various job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career page, ensuring job postings are accurate, inclusive, and optimized to attract diverse talent.
Regularly update the ATS with candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.
Track and maintain recruitment progress, ensuring all candidate details are accurately logged and up to date.
Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research to identify trends and opportunities for sourcing.
Study competitor hiring practices and the talent landscape to ensure OMNIYAT remains competitive in the job market.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills and qualifications needed for each role.
Provide guidance on candidate profiles and other talent-related requirements.
Develop and manage strong relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Coordinate with agencies to fulfill hiring needs and ensure they meet OMNIYAT standards and timelines.
Administer offers to candidates.
Coordinate with candidates to collect all necessary documents, including references, background checks, and certifications, as part of the onboarding process.
Oversee the pre-boarding phase to ensure candidates have a seamless transition from offer acceptance to their first day at work.
Respond to candidate inquiries regarding job positions, application statuses, offer details, and any other recruitment-related questions.
Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely responses, and transparent feedback.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to promote OMNIYAT and attract top talent.
Proactively identify and approach passive candidates using headhunting techniques.
Network with potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events to ensure a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent.
5-8 Years of experience in a talent acquisition role at a recruitment agency or in-house team.
Excellent communicator and negotiator, ability to plan, prioritize, and execute deliverables.
