We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing hiring strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent for both local and international roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify current and future hiring needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Local & International Hiring:
- Oversee recruitment for both domestic and global positions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage work permits, visas, and relocation processes for international hires.
- Build relationships with global recruitment agencies and partners.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Analytics & Process Improvement:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
- Optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for a streamlined hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on both local and international hiring.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and HR software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in industry-specific hiring (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering).
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities.
