About the Role

Dubai based bank are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, attracting top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber banking professionals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles within the bank.
• Utilize innovative recruitment methods, including AI-driven sourcing, employer branding, and social media recruiting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and banking industry regulations in the hiring process.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace representation and culture.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job portals.
• Enhance the bank’s employer brand by participating in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelors degree minimum qualification
• 8 years in Talent Acquisition minimum
• Banking experience preferred
• Native English speakers preferred
