- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
