Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  6. Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
  7. Create and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  9. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  3. Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  4. Experience in the [industry] industry is preferred.
  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
