Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Full Desk Recruiter.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recruiting experience in the GCC or North American regions with 3 years in a managerial role. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, support our mission, share our values, and embrace our company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment cycle, recruit and build relationships with clients nationwide while identifying and developing new business opportunities across different sectors.
- Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client including candidate personality, work experience, skill set, references, and other applicable information.
- Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings such as:
- Cold calling/Bypassing Gatekeepers
- Networking
- Posting Jobs to online job boards and recruitment databases
- Targeted searches and sourcing
- Build ongoing relationships with our clients across the country through travel (client visits), video calls, and connecting over the phone.
- Negotiate contractual terms with clients.
- Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate and client pipelines.
- Analyze and gain knowledge of the market through competitor analysis, the permanent placement market, market rates, staffing needs for our clients, and client and provider contract expectations.
- Achieve key metrics/KPIs that support the revenue goals of optimum performance.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess 7 years of recruiting experience in the GCC region or North American region with 3 years of fulfilling talent acquisition managerial roles including: direct client communication, training and monitoring recruiters with various tools, and managing junior and senior recruiters (team size of at least 4).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
