Talent Acquisition Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and implement initiatives to meet talent needs.
- Provide support on all aspects of recruitment throughout the business.
- Explore new talent acquisition channels and earn new talent resources.
- Establish hotel talent pool for talent succession.
- Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet staffing needs (i.e. hospitality schools, LinkedIn, Catererglobal, etc.).
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a passion for people.
- Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management.
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
- Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations.
- Has good communication and people management skills.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
- Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver.
