Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop talent acquisition strategies and implement initiatives to meet talent needs.
  2. Provide support on all aspects of recruitment throughout the business.
  3. Explore new talent acquisition channels and earn new talent resources.
  4. Establish hotel talent pool for talent succession.
  5. Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet staffing needs (i.e. hospitality schools, LinkedIn, Catererglobal, etc.).

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  1. Has a passion for people.
  2. Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management.
  3. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
  4. Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations.
  5. Has good communication and people management skills.
  6. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language).
  7. Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  8. Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures.
  9. Enjoys interacting with people.
  10. Is a critical thinker and a problem solver.
