The Role

Currently, there is an opportunity for a strong Talent Acquisition expert to join the business. The Talent Acquisition Manager position is integral in the continued attraction and development of talent into the organisation.

As well as developing the talent acquisition strategy for the organisation, you will also lead Executive level recruitment across the business.

The Criteria

1. To be considered for this role, you will have led a Talent Acquisition function for a multinational company using progressive and sophisticated recruitment strategies, tools, and methodology.
2. The successful profile will be an accomplished recruiter at Executive level with experience in the Middle East region.
3. Preferably, you have experience in the financial services sector.
