Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: UAE

Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the gaming and FinTech industries. This role requires an individual with strong knowledge of the UAE job market, an understanding of the specific skill sets required for roles in these sectors, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will work closely with department heads to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key positions in gaming and FinTech.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  3. Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  5. Keep up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the UAE and broader MENA region.
  6. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  7. Ensure the TA team maintains consistent communication with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
  8. Promote the company's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
  9. Prepare regular recruitment reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  10. Work closely with People Partner, People Operations, Finance and other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on hiring priorities.

Experience:

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in IT, Gaming, AI and FinTech sectors.
  • Previous experience recruiting within the UAE market and understanding of local labor laws and hiring practices.
  • Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in competitive industries.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UAE job market and talent pool, with a network of industry contacts in both gaming and FinTech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple, complex recruitment processes simultaneously.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
