The House of Mercier is looking for a dynamic Online Freelance Recruiter fluent in Dutch, German, or any Nordic language to join our contemporary recruitment team. Responsibilities

• Utilize various online channels to identify and source candidates in Dutch, German, or Nordic markets.
• Create appealing job descriptions tailored to attract the desired talent.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Develop relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with international clients to align on their recruitment needs and expectations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously refine and improve strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, German, or any Nordic language along with English.
• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with different recruitment technologies and platforms is advantageous.
