About the role:

We are searching for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner in Dubai who can take responsibility for leading regional recruitment projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide expertise & advice on recruitment strategy, talent forecasting, talent sourcing, talent assessment, talent selection, and recruitment compliance.
  • Actively manage all recruitment data and ensure that our recruitment database is maintained to a high standard for the purpose of analyzing recruitment spend and performance of sourcing tools.
  • Implement & drive best practices and recruiting initiatives to strengthen and enhance interviewing techniques and candidate experience.
  • Deliver to KPIs and SLAs to drive performance measurement and TA governance.
  • Ensure alignment to global processes and systems, and comply with policies & procedures throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

Ideally, you’ll need:

  • Exceptional people management & relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.

Minimum Experience:

5 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
