Talent Acquisition Lead
Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify suitable candidates through various sources, shortlist potential hires, and arrange interviews.
- Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, career fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain position requirements and discuss job descriptions.
- Conduct recruiting update meetings with hiring departments to set expectations and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.
- Network and build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal & external customers.
- Lead candidate interview feedback sessions and provide follow-up on interviews.
- Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Ensure that recruiting activities follow government regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
- Strong interviewing skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
