Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Identify suitable candidates through various sources, shortlist potential hires, and arrange interviews.
  2. Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, career fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
  3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain position requirements and discuss job descriptions.
  4. Conduct recruiting update meetings with hiring departments to set expectations and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process.
  5. Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse, high-quality candidate pool.
  6. Network and build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal & external customers.
  7. Lead candidate interview feedback sessions and provide follow-up on interviews.
  8. Manage all candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  9. Ensure that recruiting activities follow government regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.
  2. 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
  3. Strong interviewing skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills.
