Talent Acquisition - Intern - Dubai

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR and recruitment domain.

Talent Sourcing and Screening:

1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.

Coordination and Scheduling:

1. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
2. Maintain and update the interview tracker to monitor candidate progress.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the talent acquisition team.

Candidate Experience:

1. Help create a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and addressing queries during the hiring process.
