Job Description

Establishing credibility within the organisation as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs, and practices.

Coaching executive leadership to translate business need into criteria that allows for successful candidate identification while exploring new or innovative channels to cultivate candidates.

Building a strong brand and value proposition to attract top talent including a clear and compelling articulation of business strategy, solutions, culture, and core value system.

Conducting full-cycle recruitment.

Identifying ongoing recruitment resources including internal and external partners and providing direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines.

Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with local laws.

Analysing data and metrics to inform decisions around talent strategy.

Managing competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

Work with a sense of urgency to find the best talent for our positions.
