noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
  • As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition:
  • Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices.
  • Build market maps and identify potential talent, both passive and active.
  • Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment.
  • Support on any special projects as required within the People team.
  • Support the People Lead on key people initiatives and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar coordinator role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience coordinating a large number of tasks and processes at once.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various administrative and organizational tools and techniques.
  • Strong passion for supporting teams and improving workflows.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter – able to work independently while supporting broader team objectives.
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on meeting deadlines.
