Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Process Improvements

Job Purpose
As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team, your role will collaborate with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent globally for the Emirates Group during this exciting time of transformational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Implement effective strategies and processes to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Sourcing Channels: Utilize various channels to engage and acquire top talent.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Use data to identify improvement opportunities, enhancing stakeholder and candidate experiences.
  • Project Contributions: Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance and Reporting: Handle tasks such as performance improvements, reporting, identifying high/low performing markets, and supporting new destination proposals to meet business needs.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Understand business needs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive results.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain open, timely communication throughout the candidate journey, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Information Sharing: Provide accurate and relevant information to prospects and candidates about the business and roles.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12 years schooling or equivalent.
  • 4 years experience in customer service, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledge in Recruitment administrative procedures and handling high volume campaigns.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in candidate processing, reporting and planning processes.
  • Ability to prepare reports.
  • Demonstrable ability to validate, manage and maintain high volumes of data to a high degree of integrity.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are required (Advanced - desirable).
  • Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve.
  • Able to form relationships and build trust.
  • Open and flexible approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Positive attitude to persevere through challenges.
