With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play an integral role supporting the team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, arranging onboarding processes, and managing all sourcing channels.

The successful incumbent will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and filtering candidates by using different sourcing channels
  • Draft and post job openings on various platforms, including online job boards, company careers page, and social media channels
  • Assist with initial candidate screening by reviewing resumes and applications
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws, and maintain organized records
  • Coordinate with newly selected candidates after offer acceptance to guide them through the visa process
  • Coordinate with PRO and candidates for Ministry job offers, employment visa and medical dates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
