Job description

1. Talent Sourcing:

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key restaurant roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Organize and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.

3. Candidate Selection:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and make hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate the decision-making process to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role.

4. Recruitment Events and Campaigns:

  • Travel extensively to conduct recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and on-site hiring events.
  • Partner with local agencies and institutions to attract top talent.

5. Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional teams to understand their recruitment needs and provide solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

6. Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track and report on recruitment activities, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
