Responsible for the company recruitment process in accordance with the annual manpower plan and timely recruitment of the same, in accordance with corporate objectives.
Sourcing of potential candidates both locally and/or internationally (i.e. either via company internal database or external recruitment sources) in accordance with the annual manpower plan.
Maintain good manpower supplier relationships with all related entities and institutions in order to facilitate the sourcing of UAE Nationals.
Receive and screen the CVs from all recruitment sources for shortlisting purposes.
