  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Data Analytics: Leveraging recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple roles, candidates, and stages of the recruitment process.
  • Time Management: Meeting hiring deadlines without compromising on candidate quality.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
  • Industry and Market Knowledge: Staying updated on industry-specific hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
