Job Description

Our client is one of the leading Retail Groups in UAE and the GCC Region. With presence in most of the middle east countries, specializing in consumer electronics with large stores in all major malls, it is a household name in Dubai and UAE. Additionally, the business focuses on E-commerce, hardware, and software solutions and services to the B2B as well as B2C business.

The company is now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead for its expanding needs to cater to the whole MENA regional market for senior management recruitment. The company is looking for a senior professional who can manage Recruitment and Talent Acquisition as a function for the whole group.

The role requires you to be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition requirements of a large corporate. Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring, recruitment using Agencies and Partners, and implementing Assessment Tools and Testing. Middle East experience is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Qualified HR Professionals with 15 to 20 years of experience in the relevant role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Corporate experience in a similar role is essential. Agency experience without corporate experience will not be considered.
