We are seeking a skilled and meticulous professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in garment construction, alterations, and modifications, ensuring our luxury pieces meet the highest standards of quality and fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Construct, alter, repair, or modify garments based on the specifications and preferences provided by the production supervisor.
2. Specialize in constructing ladies western wear with precision and expertise.
3. Perform high-quality alterations on luxury garments to achieve impeccable fit and finish.
4. Work confidently with delicate and premium fabrics such as silk, satin, and lace.
5. Develop and adjust patterns to ensure precise fitting and adherence to style specifications.
6. Conduct fittings and consultations, offering expert guidance on style, fabric, and fit to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Uphold the brand's commitment to craftsmanship by maintaining the highest standards of quality in every garment.
