We Are Seeking a Systems Integration Engineer

To deploy and maintain systems based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate that wants to travel, and get compensated accordingly for an OCONUS assignment. This would include:

What You'll Get To Do:

1. Execute the research, engineering, and development of solutions to support operational systems.
2. Develop releasable solutions in a specified timeframe and budget.
3. Refine and enhance existing applications to best meet customer/operational requirements.
4. Optimize legacy operational software as necessary to meet continuously evolving cybersecurity.
5. Apply system level knowledge (OS and hardware) to be able to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
6. Profile, analyze, and optimize legacy software systems.

More About This Role:

1. Work on a ground system infrastructure for our customer that provides pre-mission configuration management and post-mission data workflows to support the war fighter.
2. Develop automation for rapid system build and test.
3. Help develop roadmaps to ensure proper level of support to meet evolving customer needs.
4. Develop and maintain user and administrative documentation to meet customer contract requirements.
5. Understanding of software life-cycle management (and tools).
6. Travel onsite to periodically install and test operational systems and updates.

Qualifications You'll Bring:

1. Must be a US Citizen and have a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
2. BS/BA degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
3. Strong knowledge of Routing Protocol Configurations, OSI 7 Layer Model, IPv4 and IPv6, DNS, DHCP.
4. Experience with working on a classified transport network.
5. Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
6. Experience in network engineering, O&M support, requirements analysis, product integration, network database baseline, and progress tracking.
7. Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or CentOS.
8. Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting for Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) firewalls, and Cisco routing and switching technology.
9. Knowledge of VMware, including software defined switching.
10. Knowledge of cloud technologies.
11. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications That Are Nice To Have:

Current DoD 8570 Approved IAT II or higher baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent/higher). Must be obtainable within 90 days of start.

Salary Range:

The proposed salary range for this position is $78,300 - $164,500.
