This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for system engineering and a desire to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Engineers will be mainly responsible for troubleshooting L1 issues and coordinating with senior engineers for L2 & L3 issues.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of system infrastructure including servers, storage, and virtualization environments.
Support system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with senior engineers as needed.
Participate in system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data management.
Help with the deployment of software applications and updates across systems.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in system engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system administration concepts.
