Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Engineer - Implementation and Support (UC&CC-IP Telephony). The System Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with system engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design.

Qualifications

1. Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills.
2. Experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and technical support.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
5. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6. Relevant certifications in systems engineering and design.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Experience with UC&CC-IP Telephony systems is a plus.
9. Experience in Avaya IP Office.
10. Experience in Avaya Aura.
11. Experience in Mitel MiVO 400.
12. Experience in Mitel MiVB.
13. Knowledge in MX-ONE.
14. Knowledge in Ms Teams.
15. Knowledge in basic networking.
