Job Overview:

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring system efficiency, maintaining high availability, and supporting the 24/7 operations of ATM and card services.

Key Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Authorization Switch (Base24), ATMs, ATM message protocols (NDC, XFS, ATM Web Interfaces)
• Strong understanding of debit/credit card products, card issuance, personalization, and EMV chip technology
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C), application servers (IBM WebSphere, WebLogic), enterprise service bus (TIBCO), and databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Oracle PLSQL)
• Knowledge of SOAP/Web Services, MQ, and web technologies (HTML, XML, scripts)
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL framework
• Basic understanding of encryption and authentication

Responsibilities:

• Manage SLA and KPI compliance
• Provide 24/7 support and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners for issue resolution and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain health checks & architecture documentation
• Ensure compliance with PCIDSS standards
• Support project teams and user acceptance testing (UAT)
