Job Title: Interior Architect/Interior Designer - Concept Designer

Location: South Florida

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Architect/Interior Designer to join our premier hospitality events company in South Florida. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level design professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field, including restaurant design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Orlando restaurants, as well as creating and developing concepts for various themes in the spheres of restaurant, hospitality, residential, and event fantasy interior/exterior. They will also work alongside in-house architects, designers, craftsmen, and artisans to take events from rendering to reality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design concepts for various themes in the spheres of restaurant, hospitality, residential, and event fantasy interior/exterior.
2. Design and develop Orlando restaurants.
3. Work alongside in-house architects, designers, craftsmen, and artisans to take events from rendering to reality.
4. Use expert-level AutoCAD 3D, 3D Studio MAX, and Photoshop to produce finished renderings with a creative approach and within a timely manner.
5. Transition layouts into Adobe Master.
6. Produce finished renderings with a creative approach and within a timely manner.
7. Conduct freehand sketching and architectural drawing.

Requirements:

• BA/BS of Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field, including restaurant design.
• Expert-level AutoCAD 3D.
• Expert-level 3D Studio MAX.
• Expert-level Photoshop.
• Proficient with Apple/Mac.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Art Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative imagination and passion for design.
