We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Windows Server, Multi Cloud Servers (OCI, Azure & AWS), and related technologies. Proficiency in Active Directory is a must, as it is the core of our IT environment.

System Administrator responsibilities include:

• Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, OCI, AWS cloud and Azure cloud resources.
• Perform regular updates, security hardening, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
• Manage Multi Cloud Infrastructure Active Directory Proficiency.
• Experience of Installing and Administrating Active Directory Services.
• Possess an expert-level understanding of Active Directory.
• Possess an expert-level understanding of Group Policies and Trust relationships.
• Implement and manage Active Directory sync for Office 365 to maintain unified usernames and passwords.
• Set up user accounts and workstations.
• Experience and understanding of Various Enterprise Antivirus & End Point protection.
• Experience and understanding of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 and DNS server, DHCP server & IIS.
• Administer email security solutions, including Mimecast, to safeguard communication.
• Manage Office 365 and related collaboration tools to enhance productivity.
• Experience of PowerShell usage in O365.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including VMware.
• Knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network) storage solutions.
• Installation and configure VMWare ESXi 6.0, Vcentre 6.0, vSphere and VMotion HA, FT.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting such as Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, POP3, SMTP, FTP, TELNET, http etc.
• Approachability and Understanding others Team Player and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Preferably 8+ years of relevant experience in IT administration.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), Email Security and patch management.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Administrative Knowledge on Multi cloud platforms (OCI, Microsoft Azure & AWS).
• Certifications such as ITIL/MCSE/CCNA/CCNP will be preferred.
• OCI, Azure & AWS Architect Solution Certification.
