Are you a forward-thinking leader with a passion for talent development and employee engagement? RAKBANK is searching for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Learning, Talent & Engagement to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking talent, learning, and engagement strategy to build a robust talent pipeline and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Talent Management: Design and implement effective strategies for talent assessment, development, and executive succession planning. Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive talent mobility initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Oversee the evaluation of organizational and individual learning needs, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. Lead the design of leadership development programs and create career paths that enhance performance and internal mobility.
  • Employee Engagement: Spearhead the deployment of employee engagement surveys, creating actionable plans based on feedback. Collaborate with internal communications to maintain a pulse of engaging communication.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with HR Business Partners and divisional heads to ensure alignment of strategies. Build relationships with industry leaders to stay ahead of trends and inspire business leaders with innovative ideas

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Over 10 years in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing learning, talent, and engagement functions.
  • Skills & Expertise: Strong ability to influence senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, manage large-scale projects, and lead organizational transformation. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is essential.
