The Sustainability Business (SB) is a global division with the mission to bring all Schneider acts together to provide unprecedented, end-to-end support to our customers to achieve their sustainable transformations - from formulating climate strategy to execution & deployment of sustainability offers. The mission of this role is to establish & grow Schneider Electric Sustainability Consulting Services for companies headquartered in MEA, generating new consulting service revenues and maximizing "pull-through" for Sustainability Business LOBs and the rest of Schneider's portfolio globally. The role of MEA Delivery Senior Manager operates as a key member of the MEA leadership team and reports directly to APMEA Delivery Lead. This role is to play the project leader role across multiple client engagements in the region and has the potential to become the future MEA delivery leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: advise clients on their climate strategy - from carbon baselining and onsite audits, external benchmark studies, goal setting and roadmap planning to the implementation of renewable energy transactions, sustainability managed services, and enterprise efficiency services - be the key interface with clients during case work, provide project oversight (synthesize recommendations, challenge work in progress, and re-orient analyses as necessary to drive client value), and manage project budgets.
- Drive delivery (projects and service) to a more proactive interaction with clients: share innovative ideas, handle challenging client situations, proactively problem-solve to tackle delivery challenges, manage external and internal stakeholder communications with a high level of maturity.
- Collaborate to win: collaborate with teams across the globe and region to leverage our expertise and facilitate follow-on opportunities for all Schneider Electric lines of businesses (LoBs); work seamlessly with commercial leaders and support commercial enablement as needed.
- Build teams: coach and inspire junior team members to develop their consulting and client communication skills, creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow.
- Knowledge management: contribute to Sustainability knowledge management by working closely with the Knowledge Management team to identify knowledge gaps and develop new methodologies, tools, and assets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Capable of persuading and influencing effectively, and able to engage others to work collaboratively.
- Ability to operate in a matrix management environment.
- Excellent business acumen and judgment, pragmatic, with financial and commercial awareness.
- Strong people leader, supporting the team to achieve their best and celebrate success.

- Possesses a strategic and innovative mindset, with enthusiasm for the capabilities of our technology.
- English speaking to a high level of fluency; additional languages would be beneficial.
- A willingness to travel as and when necessary.
- Background in ESG Software.
- Proven experience in leading client engagements and complex projects or services across multiple geographies.
