Sustainability Consultant

Sustainability Specialist (3 to 5 years of experience) with BS in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or related field.

MS in similar fields is a plus.

LEED AP or Estidama PCRS PQP or Mostadam AP or equivalent certification required.

Provide technical input, advise, and support the sustainability team on various project deliverables.

Experienced in applying sustainable certification systems (LEED, ESTIDAMA, MOSTADAM, Ceequal, Envision, or equivalent) on megadevelopments and projects, particularly in the Middle East.

Provide innovative solutions to the design team (water, energy, transport, etc.) to support in meeting ambitious sustainability visions and targets of our clients.

Familiar with the local regulatory requirements (UAE/KSA), particularly in relation to sustainability (Dubai Municipality requirements, SGBC101, Abu Dhabi Environment Agency, NCEC, etc.).

Experience in providing general sustainability and ESG advisory services.

Understand the multidisciplinary nature of the work and participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Prepare and deliver sustainability reports to quality and associated deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and sketches as necessary to the work. Embodied carbon calculations and GHG accounting knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

MS in similar fields is a plus.
