Job Responsibility:

   conditions.
2. Prepare detailed valuation reports and ensure accuracy in assessments.
3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide professional valuation insights.
4. Analyze property data, market trends, and legal aspects related to residential valuation.
   
5. Ensure compliance with valuation standards and company policies.
6. Work with internal teams to enhance the quality of valuation services.
7. Provide support in business development and client relationship management.
