As a Support Services Agent, you will provide administrative support to the Management and Employees at Dubai World Central by managing all employee support desk activities in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for seamless service delivery in line with the agreed service catalogue and process guidelines.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the employees support desk service at DWC, coordinating with all front office locations under broad guidelines from dnata support services and HR to provide a wide variety of solutions to the employees and Managers.
- Collect and distribute documents, passes, and maintain proper records and inventory of items under administrative control.
- Anticipate DWC employee needs wherever possible, build expertise, knowledge, and speed in ordering supplies through respective service providers in consultation with Management.
- Ensure key administrative deliverables are completed on time to effectively support DWC operations.
- Provide guidance to employees on administrative processes, acting as a role model of good behaviour, guiding the employees on the employee regulation manual and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholder Departments like Local affairs, Central Recruitment, dnata Support Services, DWC Accommodation Liaison, and Uniform stores to ensure effective and timely support to employees at DWC.
- Handle employee queries and assist with support service activities in line with the agreed process guidelines.
- Handle uniform-related escalations, PPE distribution, and pass issues as per agreed process timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- High School with a Certificate (12 years of schooling) OR Diploma in Office Management Experience.
- Diploma Holders: 0-2 years of experience in handling administrative responsibilities in an airline or a multinational company.
- High School Graduates: 2-4 years of administrative responsibilities in an airline or a multinational company.
- UAE Driving Licence in order to gain ADP.
- Proficient understanding of Policy and Procedures of the company.
- Understanding of dnata's airline operations.
- Knowledge of MS office applications.
- Aircraft Terminology and Airline Codes.
