Support SaaS Implementation Specialist for SCM Modules
Location: Abu Dhabi (50% on-site required) - Travel is involved, with up to 50% of engagement time spent on-site

About the Role
As a Support SaaS Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations. Your expertise will guide the implementation of various SCM modules including:
Job Responsibilities
- Review solution designs, configuration documents, and security matrix.
- Address CRP Issue Log and ensure Production readiness for the implemented SCM Modules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years of implementation experience in Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle SaaS; expertise in multiple SCM applications is a plus.
- Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes.
- Experience in Oracle cloud Supply Chain products including Order Management, Planning, Manufacturing, SLA, Costing, Procurement, and Fulfillment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly on the job.
- Extensive experience working on modules like Oracle P2P, iProcurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, iSupplier, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in consulting for Oracle Applications in Solution Design and delivery across SCM, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Additional Requirements
- Arabic speaker is a plus.
- UAE residency preferred for easier security clearance process.
