We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving customer support queries in a timely fashion. Additionally, they will assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. They will also work closely with other members of the support team to ensure that customer expectations are met.
We prefer candidates with prior experience working in a support role and who are either Pakistani or Malayalee nationals or have English as their native language. Previous contract experience is also preferred. We do not provide accommodation for this position. Students may also apply for this job.
