Support Manager Vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with prior experience who would like to gain further professional experience in the UAE.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the support department and provide management and technical support to staff. They will be responsible for ensuring that customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and that customer satisfaction levels remain high. The Support Manager will also be expected to ensure that all processes are followed correctly and deadlines are met.
